I spend alot of time on your excellant site and have

learned much about GR thru your expertise.

and I did refresh my browser several times

Today,I tried to download the new VOA file thru the link posted

in the review. Apparently, the file is only available to subscribed

members, and not available to the general public.

Is this a new thing with GR Net?
