I was a marine, deep in the alien hive, apparently near where the queen kept her eggs. My motion detector displayed something moving right at me, beep, beep beep, but I didn't see anything (was looking for a nice sized alien), when all of a sudden.... a FRIKKEN face hugger jumped on my head with a horrible sucking sound and the wiggling probosis and the spidery legs wrapped around my virtual face... If you played the single player of FSW, you would quickly see that it is completely linear. It features awesome things like if you are behind what the game defines as cover, your men peek out and shoot at their in "cover" opponents, the enemy does the same. Nothing happens, this will go on till infinity with shots always missing. But its cool, because on your command map, you see a convient alley that provides a flanking move for your other squad. You hit the button that tells them to flank, and they do it successfully. Wooo. That's just one example of the scripted linear game play
