I had Recon on a win98 hardrive and it worked fine. then i got a new hardrive with win2k and made it my primary. I moved the Red Storm directory from the secondary drive (win98 OS) to the new drive. Recon won't work. get an error message. I didn't have the disk for a reinstall so i just played it from the old (slow noisy) hardrive. Today i bought a new copy. Installed it on my new hardrive (fast quiet with win2k). Recon still won't work. i've deleted the registry folders, re-installed, everything i can think of. I've installed and re-installed GR over and over... and it just won't launch! help! New machine, good components... other games work fine. New install with legit copy of the game. Any help appreciated... oh, and it works fine if i boot from my win98 hard drive...
