  1. Well I set up the port forwarding, and he still cant detect or join my games. I'm not sure whats left to do.
  2. Well at that site I turned my firewall off, and my internet stopped working, so I have it set back to Low. I tried what you said and I think it killed my internet too, but I'll try it again.
  3. NO idea how. Im using a Speedstream Dual USB/Ethernet DSL Router. Im not sure what the model number is, but the part number is 007-0093-001
  4. Well I just found out I do have a router, so I guess I cant host any games.
  5. All I have is the modem they gave me, I really dont know what a router is.
  6. I've tried to set up rooms so my friends could use my IP address to connect and we could play. The only problem is, my game doesnt show up on the multiplayer screen after they add my IP. If they try to connect, it just says "connecting......" the whole time. I've heard it could be firewall, and Im using Windows XP. I've turned off the XP firewall and deleted my Zone Alarm Pro, no programs are running besides msn messenger. When my friend starts a game (he is on 56k, Im on DSL.) I can join and play no problem. Can anyone help me?
