    God Bless them all, those in the pictures, those still over in foreign lands, and those that suffer in ever clime and place, no matter what service. God Protect put them in the palm of his all mighty hands. If only our nation could remember our God and our Service Men/Women, just imagine what it would be like... :wall:

    Thank you guys so much for the coments and suggestions. This is a very hard decision for me, for a 17 year old to think about things this big when all he has is high school under 11+ years of school under my belt, humm. But thanks again so much for all the help you guys have given! I would like to thank you guys for the service you veterans give this country, in war time and peace. All of America is in debt to you guys and I do thank you. SOTOPhantm, expect to be hearing from me soon :thumbsup::P

    P.S.- I cant leave God out of my decision, I know for a fact that any time I try to do anything by myself, its all downhill from there...

    For the Last 4 or so years I have been set on going to the Military. For that 4 years I was was a hardcore wannabe Marine Sniper/Spec Ops( I know you have herd this before, but please give me a moment of your time), But Now im a Senior and I am starting to encounter problems. I have talked to the Army and the Marine Corps, the Marine Corps is my dream, one of my goals in life. But, in the Marine Corps, I have been told by a former Marine and figured out that becoming A Marine Corps Sniper/Spec Ops will be extremely to the hands of blessing. I want to join to the infantry which would be the best foundation for a carrer as a Marine Corps Scout Sniper/Recon man. But if I join their is a guarantee I will get to be in the Inf. if my ASVAB scores are high enough, but I have no guarantee of my job rifleman, Machine Gunner, Mortars etc. So I could get stuck in a job that I hate, and leave after my 8 year enlistment, which my recruiter said that only 2 out of his platoon out of 80 maybe 70 guys re-enlisted. Now thats saying something about the job. Even if I get to be a rifleman like I want to be, I would still have to re-enlist, get on the Marine Corps Rifle Team and be a very lucky/blessed individual to even get that far, then start on to Scout Sniper school.

    So then there is the Army, they can guarantee me inf. with Ranger School as an option plus Airborne. That makes my Road to Sniper/ Spec Ops alot simpler. But, I have had my heart set on the Marine Corps for so long it hard to turn away from a dream that I have had for that long. I pray God will lead me were he wants me. If you guys havent fallen asleep by now, please give me your thoughts! God Bless you for the time!
