  1. I am trying to play ghost recon on this system:

    AMD Athlon @ 1.2 Ghz on ECS K7VMA motherboard with 512MB PC133 SDRAM, nVidia Geforce 4 MX420 64mb DDR, SB 16 PCI, 2 x 20 GB hdd's, Windows XP Pro SP1.

When I try to play the game, I can get through a couple of levels, and then when it starts to load another mission, it gets a blue screen telling me there was an error caused by nv4_disp.dll "page fault in non paged area". This goes on for a while until finally GR wont load at all, I click the icon, and GR.exe appears on the toolbar like its ready to pop-up, and then dissapears. I have tried 3 versions of Nvdia's detonator drivers, the newest Forceware 53.03 drivers, and the latest Omega drivers. All get the same error. I have also tried booting the game with my desktop on 16bit, doesnt change anything. It also doesnt matter what the detail level or resolution is in the game, it does it whenever it wants to, on any setting. I have DX 8.1 installed, and DxDiag reports no problems found. Anyone have any ideas? I have posted this on 2 other forums, and no one can help. Thanx for any replies!
