  1. Okay, it would appear that Real Life stuff is keeping Pave away at the moment, however some of us can get into the server, if needed I'm sure we could sort out the mod list to get us all to join the server, so we can get the server going albeit in a piecemeal fashion.

We should bear in mind that Pave server costs us nothing to use, and whilst we're having problems at the moment, hopefully it can be sorted out in the future.

I'll try and get the mod list worked out over the next few days.

    Keep the faith.

US Build up progresses on Socotra

From Arnold Millen, Socorta, GRNET News Network

US Forces have secured a strategic position on the front line of the Island of Socotra and are building up their forces, in what appears to be the first indications of a major push to the South. Bradley Infantry Vehicles and HMMWV's, known as Hummers have been moved up to provide additional security to the US Forces and to the local populus who are now in the US controlled sector of the Island.

Lt Col Hilugnada Pentagon spokesman confirmed that there was an increase in "assets" in the area, but refused to be drawn on their designation, or the role they would be undertaking in the theater. Hilugnada stated that any increase in personnel or material to the area would be measured against any threat to the local population, and the US forces engaged on missions directly related to UN Resolution 365.

The UN continue to press Vartan to remove all "Regular and other forces under their control or influence" from the Island and have suggested the intervention of Torsfed Hilvaka the Norwiegen Foreign minister to provide a diplomatic solution to the siutation.

As yet no response to this has been made by the Vartan Government, and even neighboring states have been unable to illicit any formal, or informal statement on the Socotra issue from them.

  3. The Afghan map is not part of the Gulf of Aden Confict. However there's nothing to stop you from getting it, and playing the missions that Ranger made for the maps which are still on the server.

In fact it might be an idea for most people to get the map (See the Current/Future Addons thread for the link) as Ranger is converting most of the missions to use the HyK guys.

As it said it's not part of this Campaign, but might be handy to have.

  4. What exactly is the alcohol content of beer in Scotland?

 Maybe Mr. Jack Daniels knows the Scotland level of alcohol in beer (hic).

Same as it's always been, what it's like in

Current location : Auckland, New Zealand

tho I have no idea :nono:

Glad to see your still finding time to visit Storm. Although I'll wait and see what is going to be offered up from GR2.

Then again, I might not buy it as I'm getting more value from a £7.99 game I bought last year than any release I've bought this year.

    Go figure.
