When trying to start GR, "GRDemo.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close." All this happens in windows and the screen never changes. The only that does happen is a GR button appears on the taskbar.
I have never been able to run GR on this computer. However, I have run Counter-Strike without problems.
Consistent with the consultant's request, I am posting the following info:
WinXP Pro
PIII 500Mhz
Had 128MB, upgraded to 256MB (Fails with either one)
WD 10GB ATA 66 5400RPM
AWE64 Sound Blaster
Voodoo2 3000 16MB
Had DirectX 8.1, upgraded to 9.0b (Fails with either one)
