Heh, that was kinda fun. The chopper was cool except you couldn't see anything in the fog. I liked the weapons, especially the sniper rifle and minigun.

For those of you that have widescreen LCD monitors, do you have any problems playing games? I'm worried my older games won't work or will be stretched. I may or may not be getting a new monitor... still unsure...

I got the regular 1 disc special they had for $15 at Walmart. I looked at both but as far as I could tell the 2 disc one only had a bunch of special features and so on. It didn't seem to be worth an additional $10 to me.

So my BenQ LCD monitor died last night. I was watching a movie and it just went kaput. I tried it with three computers so far and nothing shows up on the screen, not even the monitor self test. The little orange light / green light shows up on the power button but that's it. I read online that you can put in a new backlight and fix it but how do I know that that's actually what's wrong? I'm sort of nervous about opening it up. Anyone have any thoughts?

So I was playing Hacienda (Get Me Rosen) in SP the other day and I snuck up to the top of the cliff south of the hacienda. I left my AI teammate back at the starting location. After silently killing the sniper at the top of the cliff, I was scopped in looking at the buildings below. I saw like two enemies below me on the road but nobody on the tops of the buildings or near the blackhawk. So I proceeded to move my teammate closer to the hacienda. At this point, enemies just seemed to "spawn" into place, like they were triggered by him moving in closer. It was at this point that I was shot

I'd go for one of those external HD enclosures. Basically, it's a plastic box/enclosure with a cable and then you take an internal HD and plug it in. Viola! you now have an external HD. It's a lot cheaper than buying a regular external HD. My friend got one awhile back and he really likes it. Plus, if the HD dies or anything goes wrong you can just replace the HD.

That was a short demo for over 1 GB in size.

Some audio systems can play MP3 data CDs which are convenient because you can fit a ton of them on the CD. Whereas regular audio CDs play in virtually everything but you are limited by the length of the songs (700 MB CD gives you about 80 minutes). Make sure if he is trying to burn a regular audio CD that he isn't burning a data CD by mistake.

Yeah, I bet Microsoft would even purposely push back a Vienna release in order to drum up more sales for Vista considering they had a slow start.
