The dungeons are really scary. I had a potion to walk on water so I went to this small island and killed all the creatures. Then I saw this cave and went inside. It was only lit by red candles and it had these creepy sounds coming from within. I went forward a little bit and sloshed through some water before coming to a door. I opened it up and on the other side was one scary dude. He fired some kind of spell at me and I was able to dodge it and get out of there alive. I've never been in a dungeon since......

I wanna check out the mod that was posted where you can buy a floating house that moves around from city to city. It has a swimming pool and multiple rooms and so on. Haven't gotten a chance to check it out yet. Anybody try it?

I love Balmora! That's the best city ever! Rocky, you should get this game. The graphics are amazing for a RPG. My thief character was sweet. He was able to jump across building rooftops and fight with short swords. I had awesome relations with the Thief Guild and one of them was so high that they invited me to their house in a small village. If only I hadn't lost my saved games when I reformated my computer. Good times, good times.....

The card I have now has that feature. (GeForce2 Ultra) It's getting kinda old though. It's awesome because you can hook up a VCR as well and watch movies and tv and record stuff. I would highly recommend it. Why buy an entire tv system when you have all the components you need right here on the computer.

All the ghost recon music is pretty cool too. Just got the rock soundtrack, awesome stuff.

Yeah, all that bandwidth must be extremely costly. Try hosting it yourself if you have a fast enough connection.

In case you were wondering, I emailed the sales staff and they said that BOTH were used. And the system has 6 fans! Sheesh. 6 weeks til my parents get it for me. I'm drooling already.

Now I understand how they work. Thanks. I was reading in a computer mag about a graphics card that doesn't use fans. It uses some other thing to cool it but in the process makes it huge so the slots on either side won't fit. It's super quiet though because of the absence of the fans.

That'll be awhile. Ahh well. I'll just go with 128MB 9800 for now. Thanks.

The Radeon 9800 that is in limited supply right now by ATI.... I believe the current version is a 128MB version. I read on their site that they will be coming out with a 256MB version as well. How long will that be? thanks.

No- just watch it in realtime. You know how certain vid cards have a tv input. Right now, I just use that with this Hauppauge software and I can watch tv on my computer. Pretty cool actually.
