    No all game Trailers and Demo's are free, but there is a romur fling around that the Halo3 Demo will be the first to cost money!

    I honestly don't think it will, but it sure might.

    Oh also glad to have you as a friend on Xbox. Is your name the same as on here or diffrent! Ever since i became a Xbox Ambassador i get like 10 FR a day so its hard to tell sometimes.

    Oh sorry the XNA is not in beta form no more.

    You can get XNA version 1.0 free here!

    Also i believe if they stay the way its planed its up to you on what you want to charge for it when you add it to the MP. So maken it to much may not sell and to less and you may not make your money back at least. So if you don't care about money you can just about make it free or cheap as you can!

    Well you can get and use the XNA beta for free, but not for long. Yet if you want to share what you made from your PC to the x360 you will have to be a member. If you become a member if things stay as planned you can add your work to the MP and sell it. So if you really into it and good you can make your money back.

    I believe they should of done at least a few days free trial to see if its what you really like and want to do.

    XNA User content just went LIVE over the market Place. So starting today you can make & add stuff you made to your x360 and play it. If you have the XNA beta and have some stuff made all you have to do is go to the MP and down load the stuff you need! Have fun and get to maken that user content!

    I would like to see some stuff around here if anyone has anything done!

    How to sign up for the 'Shadowrun' Beta

    The fine folks over at FASA Studios have just opened up a public beta for ‘Shadowrun’ and they asked me to spread the word.

    This is for the Xbox 360 version, and since it is a Multiplayer Beta you will need to be a Gold member subscriber to participate.

    Ready to apply? Here ya go:

    1. Visit the beta Web site at http://connect.microsoft.com.

    2. Click on "Invitations" on the left-side menu.

    3. You will need to sign in using a valid Windows Live ID before you can continue to the "Invitations" page. (If you have already registered for the Connect site, skip to Step 5.)

    4. Please read and accept the Terms of Use Agreement then follow the instructions to register for the Connect site.

    5. Enter your Invitation ID in the blank field. Your invitation ID is: SHBS-6YMT-YKHC

    6. Click "Go."

    7. Complete and submit the short questionnaire. Please enter MAJOR1 for the beta code when asked at the beginning of the questionnaire.

    8. If you are not redirected immediately to the Shadowrun Beta Selection homepage after completing the questionnaire, click the My Participations link on the left hand navigation bar and then click the Shadowrun program link. This will redirect you to the Shadowrun Beta Selection Homepage.

    9. Once you are on the Shadowrun Beta Selection Homepage, you will need to complete the rest of the registration process by signing up for the forums by clicking the Join the Forums button then click the Welcome to the Official Shadowrun Community Forum Sign In button.

    I really liked the SP game that R6 offers, but kind of hated the MP. Yet all i played was the demos and the MP was a big turn off. Wish i wasn't a online player only or i would of gotten the game!

    Hope you still find someone to play with though GL

    My HDTV does it all and plus i'm skipping the PS3 for afew years if not forever so it don't matter to much to me.

    Yet i know afew people myself that have one of the HDTV's that are 480p/1080i sets. 2 of them got a PS3 and i just can't stop laughing that they paid $600 plus just to go back to 480p. Last i heard i think they both said they putting there PS3 on Ebay and staying with the x360!

    Also RFOM devs reported that the hardware for upscaling is not in the PS3 and Sony is still yet to say if they ever going to do anything about it or even can do something. Is it to late or are they going to have to make as many games as they can to 1080i and forget about 720p/1080p altogther!? I may be mistaken, but from the way all the Sony Fans are cring even the 1080p games get down scaled to 480p on these HDTV sets instead of down scaling to 1080i.

    Sorry i think i just learned the PS3 don't do 1080i altogther. So i guess that does mean anyone with a 480p/1080i set is only going to get 480p unless Sony can do some kind of update to support 1080i!

    Rock Radio 103.3 The Edge is throwing a PS3 over the Falls! Listen for Shredd and Ragan in the afternoon to pick up our last PS3 and toss it into the river and happily watch it careen over the edge! If by chance it survives, we'll give it away! Tune in all weekend for the PS3 going over the Falls to have a chance at winning the tiny plastic splinters of what used to be a PS3! Bahahahhaha!

    The story goes they gave away 10 PS3 just to see them go up on Ebay. So instead of keep given them away they throwing one over the falls LOL!

    I don't know i guess i just want the small team tac sim stealth game i used to love back!

    I said this before in a small way im fine with where GR is going, but i think it really needs a new name.

    After a name change i'm all for the large run and gun arcady feel GR is now turning into. Just need that name change first and i don't care no more! Yet as long as GR is in the name i don't think i will be happy with nothing less than a small team tac and stealth. It all comes back to the name Ghost Recon.

    If the Ghost's are in the newspapers or the news than you know the Ghost's have failed!

    One thing i would like to see added is a option for start Zones. Have it where you choose where the teams start or even better have a random start Zones option. Love to have it where everytime you play you don't know where they may be coming from to keep you more alert and tacical. Fixed zones and everyone is running to the halfway point tring to cut you off before the other team gets there.

    There is more options i would like to see, but this is the only one that matters!

    As much as i like where the console games have come from last gen. Games like GR on console have been one of the many i wish it would of just stayed PC.

    I may love GR, but with GRAW2 i find myself not really caring or wanting it. All i want is the classic GR in the woods and much less arcade feel also the two diffrent engines (SP/MP) crap UBI is doing with all there games nowadays. Later on i may find myself still wanting to play GRAW2, but thats just becuase there still aint nothing else out there like it, not becuase it's the GR im looking for!

    I'm still waiting on a [OFP: DR] more than i am a new GR on the console. UBI should make a new GR, but going back to the roots of it. As for GRAW itself sure for the fans they can keep it going, but they really should have a new team start a new branch going back to the basics with stealth.

    I think i just plan gave up on the PS3 that i forgot to post this old news

    PS3 Downscales 720p on Incapable TVs

    If your TV doesn't support a specific resolution, expect to go low-res.

    US, November 15, 2006 - As final PlayStation 3 units continue to trickle into more and more hands, additional details about how the system works and what it can and can't do are hitting the web. The latest (rather major) tidbit is how the console treats the upscaling and downscaling of 720p titles on televisions that don't support that resolution -- specifically those that are only 1080i capable.

    As it turns out, gamers who own older HD sets that feature only 480i, 480p, and 1080i resolution input capabilities will have to settle for the display quality being downsized as the game boots in its 480p mode rather than upscaling the image from its more desirable 720p mode to the TV's 1080i. We tested this development on older HDTV sets with games designed for 720p but not 1080i -- Resistance: Fall of Man, NHL 2K7, Tiger Woods PGA Tour 07, and Need for Speed Carbon. Sure enough, the system downshifted all four titles to 480p rather than moving up to 1080i. This issue came up with either a digital HD video connection (using an HDMI cord) and an analog HD video connection (using component cables.)

    The PlayStation 3's competitor, Microsoft's Xbox 360, does upscale 720p games to 1080i if the HD set supports the latter resolution but not the in-between and commonly-employed 720p resolution.

    Anyways for the good news Smash My PlayStation 3 is now up! :rofl:
