I am planning to upgrade many things in my pc however i need a much better power supply. when I looked at new psu's i realised that they need an ATX case how do i tell if mine complies?

[5.1 Speakers - Recommendations?]

I know you sed that you want a 5.1 sytem but i have a 2.1 system that is very good. It is made by Harmann Kardon and is the 695 they look great and sound even better. I use them as my stereo and would currently not change. The sub woofer is also very powerfull.

I have seen a Gigabyte SoA VIA KM400 MATX A V L are these better and what is the maximum proccessor speed for this board?

P.S. if a FSB of a proccesser is lower than that of your mobo is it still okay?

also make sure it is a 9600 pro and not an SE vid card.

The Gcard I am Getting is a 9600 pro as these as i am sure you know are beta.

AMD Athlon 2700XP on an ASROCK K7S8XE(400FSB) mobo with 1024mb of ddr 400mhz RAM and a Saphire ATI Radeon 9600 pro Graphics Card. Is this new system any good as i need to upgrade my out of date rubbish system because at the mo i have only got a 0.7GB processor on a mobo without any AGP slots, only 128mb of sdram and only a 32mb hercules 4000xt graphics card with a kyro chipset.

i have a very rubbish computer with a bad graphics card (Hercules 3D Prophet 4000XT Kyro) i am looking to upgrade this but i only have PCI capability. I would like a Radeon 9600 / 9600 PRO or a Geforce FX5600 / Ultra. I cannot find PCI versions of these on any websites other than the manufacturers and these are not websites that sell them.

Please could some one tell me the URL of a website where i could one of these that is reputable
