Tell me more, Tell me more, did you get very far... A wella-wella-wella.. Sorry, sorry.
-
I was more concerned with getting out of class and into some free periods. So for one thing I would have chosen different subjects, maybe save myself a bit of bother. It was all so boring...

Dire Straits consider themselves to be a pseudo-Jazz band some of the time (Sultans of Swing), other times they're folky (Walk of Life). I like Dire Straits.

Running is a good idea... I need to start running, in fact I've been "going" to do it for a while. Currently I do those various ab exercises, chin-ups (pullups), pushups, and some light weight training every day, but it would all work alot better if I ran. I've got my route worked out and everything. Gotta do it in the evening or early morning though... can't have people staring...

UMMM i have a brief question

Sorry... this Gore Mod... Sounds interesting... Is this the same as the slumping thing? What does it actually do? -
I know, I never use Munz. I like Gordon because I like the M16 and he has reasonably high stats.
-
No, but without any human interference, those are the default stats.
-
Jacobs only has three leadership points. Gordon has five, but the best leader happens to be Deiter Munz with six.
-
Are you sure? I thought it was Gordon. He's the leader of the Ghosts. I'll check it out.
-
Ergo... the platoon has one leader... and that's Buzz Gordon, right? There's no real point in giving anybody leadership points except him.
-
Ah, gracias. I'll be back later complaining that it's too hard and I can't do it.

Simple situps help, but you can go a little further with techniques such as pushing your legs up and out when you raise your torso. There is also a method that involves lying on a bench, or a bed or whatever, with your knees bent at a right angle and feet on the floor. Hold two small barbell weights (or objects of equivalent weight) and stretch your arms so your biceps are next to your ears, and while keeping your lower back flat on the surface, lift your arms up about a foot then down again. Stretches upper abs.

Ah, thought it was just me.

Hahaha, oh right, I thought the lenses were two little screens.

That's not a mod or anything, the game just does it when a character dies near a wall. Of course it would be nice if there was some actual blood spatter. The GR engine is rather inhospitable to modders, if you know what I mean. -
Won't these things end up hurting your eyes by making you focus on a spot not two centimetres away from your face for a long period of time (i.e the time y'all spend paying GR)?
-
It's being prone and camo'd that counts. In fact I once crawled sideways across an open field in full view of a Russkie who was no more than five yards in front of me. He didn't even flinch.

What I would like to see in GR2
2nd Ranger replied to ****COLONEL****'s topic in GR2 PC - [Cancelled]
I noticed that the AI seemed to develop a "Screw you, Sarge" attitude after I installed IT. Before, they pretty much did whatever the hell I told them, but now they do what they please. I hate it when they start crawling forward in the middle of a firefight. Why? Why do they do it? Why? I spend so much time carefully and lovingly positioning them in cover, only to have them expose themselves and get wasted. Dumb sons of... -
Ah so VehicleLoadPlatoon only works for Blackhawks too then. I was a little annoyed that an actor wouldn't board a truck when I told him to, and I was going to use the enter vehicle plan step anyway, but that clears it up.
-
Hmm, thanks anyway then. It's not really a problem, I mean it's only eighteen or so actors. I just wanted them to go away in case the mission got choppy on older systems.
-
I'm trying to hide a platoon of dead enemies when an objective is complete, but the game's not having any of it. I tried hiding them one team at a time, but the bodies won't go away. I know I can just put the "Show dead bodies" option off, but I don't want to. What I'm doing is; Trigger: [Timer] has expired Response: Hide [platoon] from the game world. Not working. Any ideas?

The good thing about GR is that I've rediscovered it twice. I played for a while when I got it, then it faded into the shelves. Then I got an urge to play it after watching a film, probably BHD or Behind Enemy Lines, then it faded away again. Then someone convinced me to try MP, and since then it's been my favourite game. I keep it alive through downloading campaign packs, Earl's SU and some Delta Force skins, and more recently making my own missions.
-
It would be useful in MP if there were some sort of transport like in BHD, but then again all they'd have to do is let you respawn where you died (or allow spawn points to be activated once you've completed an objective.
-
Ah right. I'll go change it then.
-
I think it's because he was lying on the ground. Sometimes they can't see you when you're prone, and they walk right up and don't notice you when they walk into you. Then again, maybe not. Think I'll try it out.
