ghost recon you couldnt shoot from like a mile away. Cos the maps werent big enuff. This issue will prob be sorted in the new game anyway .
I mean UBI created far cry with an island 25 miles. and u can shoot ppl from a mile away. This will be in GR 2.
= Better scenery. I dont want flat grass, Every map the ground was flat and u couldnt really hide in grass, you had about 5 pieces of grass to hide behind ( terrible )
= Be able to set Traps.
= Smoke nades ( A MUST HAVE ) Them urban maps could use em !
= A Knife
= more invloved in the story. depending on mission outcomes different things happen etc.
= more intelligent AI. They learn from their Mistakes if Their Allies had been attacked before, They can set traps. They search for you, and co-ordinate attacks.
= be able to Share Guns and ammo.

SA80 was my fave, it was good for everything .
Could enuff for Small maps and large maps, reaction times, Reticule closed fast, It was the perfect gun , oh and it was fairly accurate

Ive just thought of something, and i think this will be quite serious argument in the future in gaming.
Ok i'll put forward a scenario...
Just imagin Ghost recon 4 , Super Realistic graphics... It would look so realistic that looks like real life, and we have games on HDTV big screens mabey virtual reality devices etc to make the experience more real
is this going to cause problem for 1st person shooters, Government, People blaming games even more for their problems, like people are blaming GTA etc for going out and stealing cars or shooting ppl and suing game companies...
Will people step in when games get too Realistc. Will they let this happen or will they stop development and not allow games to be sold that contain violence of any nature that refers to killing other Human like characters in a computer game that almost acts human ( even tho its 1/0's
I know graphics will improve we will have virtual reality at some point in our future, mabey near or mabey another 20 years away. But whatever it is... what is your views on how it will affect gaming
Be serious cos the gaming community is going to be faced with this

I thought graphics in this far cry game were amazing, AI seemed smart on Hard setting , they work as a team very good. sound was very good too with 5.1 surround sound.
Visually the game was stunning, with the real time lighting effects n stuff. its only the beginning of DX9 , wait till like a year or 2 and the graphics are gonna be so much better. ive had a lot of fun playing this game

Ok Basicly I want People to Say which graphics engine would be best for Ghost recon 2 and why
I think The X-ray Graphics engine should be used for " Ghost recon 2 "
I been playing around in the Game Stalker and It Looks SOOO suitable for a GR game, It gives that gritty look as the GR engine done, Looks Very realistic and nice Scenery. It seems to have a great atmasphere inside the game, amazing Lighting , the engine is capable of A physics engine, real time lighting , ragdoll effects.
UNreal engine makes everything look to fake in my opinion , it just seems
to cartoonish lol , im defeinitly looking for a photo realistic engine for ghost recon 2

Stalker will be Visually Stunning ! but im hoping gameplay will be too! but from what i have heard the gameplay is more like RPG

I think these glasses are just a glimps of the the capability of Virtual Reality we will experience in the future, I think By around 2010+ we will probably be playing most of our games in 3D and they will be a lot more mature by then and games will look movies , so the experience is going to be out of this world lol
Virtual Reality is the next Big thing in a Gaming experience in a few years

I dont like the Consol Versions of Ghost recon , they are more awkward. If Ps2 gamers thing that ghost recon is really good for the console, they should try playing recon on a PC ,
I find consoles boring at the moment, But the Amount of Accessories that are coming out That can put you in the game are getting better so Console Could be goof for FPS games soon, mabey PS3 or xbox 2

Some ppl that play AA have networks in their homes. Shame that There are all sorts of cheats that can bypass Punk Buster. but requires u to be on a network , 1 of the cheats is AimBot . it basicly lets you have a head shot every bullet you fire.
its pretty obvious in some cases , Ive asked a few ppl and co-insidently the ppl ive suspected have networks at home.
They seem to know where every1 is and they just chase after the kills before their team mates try to get the kill.
Funny to watch really.
Im just glad Cheaters are the minority!

Ghost recon Has been out for a long time now, and it must seem really hard for you now because the Skill on Ghost recon is good, you must have really fast reaction and They have gotten used to the maps and online play and know the common places to pick off Enemies.
You'll Pick it up eventually, must be frustrating at first because you have joined the GR community so late

Yes true. But this time its happening the nesseccery breakthroughs to make it happen has already happend. A few years ago they only said what would be possible if we had Carbon nanotubes. They have been made now , its just a matter of producing it now in large quantaties .
Take a read of the first couple of paragraphcs here and you will see its 100% feasable to make these things i talked about
