we need a good anti cheat program with GR2 . Cheaters is what ruined GR for me and i moved to AA cos it felt more fair. not 100% but its better than nothing

The modding commmunity will be bringing out some awesome. 1 of the MODS that are an interest to me is a Tactical mod its R6 style gameplay. And they are going for realism. Doom 3 technology is far ahead of anything we have at the moment and its a great idea for the modding commmunity from different games to take advantage of the best technology available today.

Im still playing doom3 at the moment im past alpha labs, the graphics just get better and better as the gam progresses. The sound on 5.1 is just amazing!, ive jumped quite a few times and always on the edge of my seat. You really have to play the game yourself to understand that these graphics are so life like. screenshots dont do the game justice at all. Also many Professional and amature modders are working on Some potentialy amazing MODS for Doom3. 1 of them that should be good is a Tactical Special ops mod. A little like R6 style. Games always look better in motion, no longer can game screenshots capture what a game looks because of new lighting technologies etc..

GR isnt in the same league as far cry and far cry isnt in the same universe as Doom 3 ! . Like PC gamer says.. Doom 3 blows away anything ever done before not even far cry can compete

Ghost Recon 2 will play how the Community wants to play it, all that matters is the Multi-player, all you guys have seen is single player

Joint Operations

Future compatable.... That is what im looking for in games for a while now... Games that will benifit from future upgrades rather than capping the graphics at a certain Look and setting or something... Gives engine more longlivity and wont look worse in a few years.... it will look better

the alpha is over 2 years old, id say thats pretty much useless to go by. This game has a option available so in a year or 2 when the hardware exists you can play at even high details. " ULTRA HIGH " Current technology , even the Nvidia 6800 and x800 cant play Doom 3 on ULTRA settings. So this engine is gonna last quite a while and look better as it ages ;D

The Ghost recon Community decides on the gameplay. MULTIPLAYER atleast... If the community wants to play Stealthy then they will do that If the community wants to play Quake style they will do that You fail to recognize that its how you play the game that makes the Multiplayer experience how it is. Im sure military and sf get taught hand to hand combat... hhhhmmm Also i think rse made the right decision to let players pick up weapons, if you dont think so that is wrong because it doesnt take much intelligence and effort to pick up a weapon. to not have the feature would actually make less realism. Like some 1 just said. If you have a guy Down shot and he was the 1 holding the AT4 in real life. wouldnt the other guy is it instead i mean after all there is a tank infront of you n all like you guys say.... you want realism, so don contradict urselfs

Well i'll probably be involved in a Expansion pack beta testing. it will have more weapons, Possibly sa80. More vehicles, loads more maps. new game types new animations. What nova are trying to do is balance the game as much as possible so they dont wanna give 1 team a huge advantage over the other team. as you prob know you can go British, us, german, russia etc... they might have each country to have his/her own weapon selection the in the game. Theres also a lot more features that are not in the demo you played

Well im in the beta testing and ive been playing all the maps for about 3months now and the new patches improve the game alot with fixes for many things. I dont usually go in 100 player server, like we were in earlier. Im usually a more slower paced gamer, around 25 v 25 is good. most of them do run around like headless chicken yea. But believe me , When playing in a team situation with your friends on team speak , it can be real fun and tactical. oh and Volcano is 1 of the worst maps on the game... out of about 30 maps!

Heres a screenshot i did, its turned out to be an amazing game and im asking nova to put in " LAST MAN STANDING " so thats 0 respawns. Its a very tactical game, and i think the Ghost recon Community would kick-ass in JO, because you are really skillful players. i know cos ive been apart of the GR community since the beggining. But JO takes a bit more skills to Shoot the guns and Snipe. Also its harder for a small group to work in chaotic situations. Its all fun, mabey you guys should give it a go, Its been polished and improved since the beta demo, and there are still more Patches bein

Yes. you can produce almost any colour you see in the [Ghost Recon] with the Crytek engine and it will look far better. Far cry was meant to look all bright because of where the game setting took place. Trust me Crytek engine doesnt have to look all that bright and colorful. I would go for embassy because it would be a lot more popular and it was 1 of my favourite maps.

I just had a little look around on the tank map, its nice. I would like like to see 1 of the GR maps created that is Urban setting and mabey 1 of the maps in GR that has a lot of foilage. mabey village.

Far cry isnt all that far out sci-fi . 21st century people!!! we can geneticly modify any animal we want. we could prob make a dog have two heads ! or 8 legs !. get with the times . the only reason we dont go to extremems is because its not right to do it about this tank map... Do i have to register on the site to download it? is it single player or just multi?

I hope the 3rd person isnt defualt. Its most likely to be a option inthe menu option screen tho, It will be selected at 3rd person , but you can just put it at 1st person and it will stay at that rather than changing it all the time in-game. that wont be to much of a problem then
