DA 4.9 crashes in campaign mode. Does it require DS and IT?

When I try to do multiplayer from ubi.com it doesn't load and says a problem has occured. Anyone have an idea whats wrong?

I am confused. On Ghost Recon.net there is two different requirements of Frostbite. One says you need GR, DS, and IT, and the other 1 says you only need GR. I only have GR so this will be a problem if you need DS and IT. I just wanted to know which one it is before i download this humungus file. Thanks!
