My internet is good enough for multiplayer gaming and discord voice, but apparently not enough to download this mod. I'm asking a friend to cut it into pieces and send it to me.

Can you explain to me what this mod is and why it exists? I play Desert Siege on the Xbox and the AI seems way better there. Is that what this is for?
