yes, you can start it directly ,with graphics card you have to test

copy your installed Ghost Recon Gold Edition from the old system to an external hard drive I assume you are using the modified cd file then it should boot from any system. Problems only seem to occur with the latest AMD drivers. If you have User Account Control enabled look in C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86) if there is a folder created by Red Storm Entertainment where Ghost Recon stores all settings and mods. I have my installation from 2004 and it runs everywhere.

After talking to Apex and doing some tests, I noticed the first bugs, so I started to check out the complete 300 missions. I have fixed 136 bugs. Unfortunately, Apex is no longer available so publish the result here as a fix that you can start in addition to HU with the highest priority. I would also like to mention there are some maps that crash frequently this affects some Killhouse maps as well as fbp03_icebreaker_day. There were also messages in various forums and wondered that you do not come to the conclusion, yes it was simply impossible. The two maps p01_islands_noon and p02_islands_dawn are very difficult due to the geometry and size of the problem you have no display on Commandmap. This makes it very difficult to wander around on the map until you accidentally come across the mission target. I have it so bent that almost everything is to be seen. When you are in the mission selection menu, the fixed missions are marked with fix. Download HU_101_Fix

times so as a tip, there are people who have accidentally loaded the wrong version 1.0.0 and wonder that it crashes! Now the whole thing can be fixed with a small update 1.0.1

check network connections if you have more than one, for example (tungle, hamachi, evolve, zero tier etc) disable or delete them. If you need them you can activate them temporarily but deactivate them to play. These adapters have the habit of writing to the Hosts file as the primary connection, and interfere with access to your normal connection. For the port forwarding it is important to the Host-PC a fixed IP otherwise the release does not work. You can do this in the router or the settings of the network adapter. The IP in the photo is just an example Restart after the changes to test you try to dial one of these servers, visit http://5.45.107.182

hello Meta nice to hear from you 🎅 we still play the good GR -
You can call me Eisenhauer ! And it was a hard piece of work to bring your confused installation back into the loht. But after two hours of communication we made it. And on top of that you are now proud owner of DS+IT full version and not only the dummy files of HU-XTRAS.

although I've been playing Ghost Recon for a long time now, this mod is now under my fingers and I have to say that I was just great, I had a lot of fun for long weeks with the Campanie and in Mission p210_fighting bears I had a funny phenomenon. -
my God is the little one, but I like the mod

GR stops on Asus ROG Strix with Win 10
Eisenhauer replied to Sirio's topic in GR (PC) - Tech Support
should it run then make you a backup of the Ghost Recon directory ! I have a backup from the year 2004 and it runs on all systems (XP, Vista, 7,8,10, Linux) without problems whether from an external USB or system disk. -

maybe this helps Close Ghost Recon Open the options.xml file with a text editor in the Ghost Recon directory if the user account control is activated, the files are here "C:/Users/Username/AppData/Local/VirtualStore/Program Files (x86)/Red Storm Entertainment/Ghost Recon" Windows copies the files into this folder to protect the original ones To view the files, go to Windows Explorer to change folders and search options. Check hidden files, folders and drives view <ShowIntro>FALSE</ShowIntro> <ZBufferBits>32</ZBufferBits> <FullScreen>TRUE</FullScreen> <VideoResolution Width = "1920" Height = "1080" BitDepth = "32"/>
