[Fallen Ghosts Issue: Missing Map Markers for Skill Points and Weapon Cases]

I have an issue with Fallen Ghosts, I am missing Map Markers for Skill Points and Weapon Cases 

I have played through the map and completed all of the missions but I cannot get the map markers for skill points or weapon cases to show. I have found a skill point just searching around. 

What am I missing? 

Any help is greatly appreciated.
