  2. Sorry it took me so long to reply.... Well, I completely uninstalled GR/DS/IT, and reinstalled all three. I then patched to ver 1.4. Apparently no crashing at this point. Next I added ITmissionunlock with no problems. Then I installed ITheroesunlock, and again no crashes. I shut down the system for the night at this point. The next day I attempted to play the game and experienced crashes to desktop after a few minutes of gameplay in most maps. I've again included IKE.log and IKEcrash files saved after having these problems. Also, I seem to be having some type of gamma correction
  3. Yes, I uninstalled GR and all components and reinstalled GR/DS/IT and patched to 1.04 with nothing extra mod-wise and I'm still getting crashes. The mods I listed are not mods to be activated in the mod screen, rather they are just files that get unzipped to my GR file and replace existing files.
  4. I have GR/DS/IT installed and patched up to version 1.4. I also installed IT mission unlock and GR mission unlock along with the realistic Barrett mod. The last desktop crash I experienced was after the first shot fired from the modded Barrett. Other crashes are random, but all occur during gameplay. I have included my IKE.log and IKECrash files. Any help would be greatly appreciated. ***** User's system configuration ***** CPU: GenuineIntel 1613 MHz Pentium 4 RAM: 512 MB O/S: Microsoft Windows 2000 5.1 Service Pack 1 build 2600 Ghost Recon (RELEASE) ve
  5. Will service pack 3 fix problems with crashes to desktop during gameplay even when no mods are being used?(only the latest GR patch is installed over the standard GR/DS/IT). I have service pack 1 now. I believe my XP Home is an upgrade from Win2000. Is that also a problem?
  6. Ok, so I uninstalled GR/DS/IT completely and reinstalled all three and the game seems to play w/ no crashes. I then added the latast GR patch and still no problems. As soon as I add and activate a mod, the game crashes to desktop after a few minutes of gameplay. I seem to remember reading about problems with the XP upgrade form win2000 being a problem. I had my OS installed at the local computer store, so is there any way of telling if mine is an upgrade, and if so, what can I do to fix the problem?
  7. Thanks guys... Here are my system specs, IKECrash and IKE.log listings... the only changes I made from the GR/DS/IT basic game are as follows: - Barrett realism pack - IT missions unlock - IT heroes unlock ** System ** Pentium 1.6gz processor Windows XP Home retail 512mb RAM Radeon 9700 PRO w/ latest Catalyst drivers DX9 (installed from the Enter the Matrix game disk) -- GhostRecon caused an Access Violation in module GhostRecon.exe at 001b:004b3250. 8. I'm running GR/DS/IT on Windows XP retail and a Radeon 9700 Pro board w/ the latest Catalyst drivers and DX9 and the game crashes to the desktop after a few minutes of gameplay(random). I tried to run the GR/DS/IT game with no mods and the same thing occurred. I know I have to provide some listings such as IKE files and the like for help but don't know what they are or what they do. Any help would be greatly appreciated...
