[Gold Edition GR won't start]

Fix did nothing, game still plays in windowed mode. No biggie though, the game still runs smoothly, it's just a minor inconvenience. Thanks for all the help!

On one computer, I have Windows 10, and that computer won't even acknowledge setting Fullscreen to true. On my other computer, I have Windows 7 and that just does the usual CTD if I set it to fullscreen. Besides that, the game runs perfectly on both.

Thanks, GR is working now, though it CTDs if I try to put it in Fullscreen, but Windowed GR is better then no GR!

Not to revive an old thread, but I have the same problem of CTD after fresh install, (I also only have base game, no expansions). The Problem is, I don't have an options.xml in my GR folder, so I can't edit it, and the link posted above with the fix is dead, does anyone have a download for it, or all the text supposed to be in it?

 

EDIT: Basically, can someone give me an options.xml?
