I don't think that I can save alpha channels either, but it might be doing it and I don't know about it. So AFAIK, it depends on what you want to do. Just for skins, no you don't necessarily need alpha channels, unless it will have goggles or glasses or some other transparent thing.
i could use refinery worker he can be black too all i would want add on his uniform would be a little flag from the USA, Canada, Gernamy, France (one of them not all) i could have him look like he was there to fix a mechine and he is from another contry (my dad does that)OK. That's easy.

You could always get the free trial version of either Photoshop or Paint Shop. Photoshop will let you do more, but Paint Shop is a smaller download.
I have one civilian almost done for you. His shirt still needs some work, though. (I messed up the edges when I changed his skin, but I can fix it.) He used to be an Eritrean refinery worker, but now, he's bleached his skin and is living in Cuba.
It turns out I don't have nearly as many of these as I thought I did. (Some were Cubans that I had made black.) Do you have any use for someone dressed like a mechanic? That's what the other refinery workers look like when you change the color of their clothes.
And yes I would like credit for these. However you want to do it is fine with me, but I would like my name in there somewhere.
How soon do you need these? If you don't need them right away I might be able to give you some more variety in the colors of the civilian's clothes, which would make you less likely to have twins. The problem with that is it takes a long time with Paint Shop.

There has been talk of doing a Star Wars mod at least twice, probably more, but nothing has ever come of it.
regulars will remember the (probably) only one ever made, never released...there was a Hoth map with AT-ATs and everything...looked cool, but it died.
I knew it had been done but not released. I was referring to a couple of times it came up like it did here, where everyone said "Cool, a Star Wars mod. Someone should do that!" but never did anything about it.

Yeah, I'm with you on that one. I set my M4 to single shot and go "sniper-like" but sometimes i unload a whole clip into them just to add insult to injury. I love those demo guns!
When I'm sniping I usually use the M82 Barrett (I love it's range and I have every mission set up so that they're fogless, so I can get some nice long shots). Sometimes I use the SR25 SD.
I never liked the M4 that came with the game, but some of the ones in mods are good. But now we're getting
again. -

Some missions are much better suited to running and gunning than sniping, but when I can I snipe.

On the scale in that picture tobascos should be about an 8. I've grown them myself and I can tell you tabasco sauce is much more mild than tabasco peppers are. They really watered them down, or should I say vinegared them down
, for the sauce.
I also think that you've got some peppers out of order if you're trying to put them in order from mildest to hottest. Serranos are not very hot, I'd put them about third out of these. "Cayenne / Tobasco" is wrong for a couple of reasons. Tabascos are hotter than cayennes and they are completely different species of plants so putting them together just looks strange. And both of them are hotter than jalapenos.
That's not to mention the fact that both have better flavor than jalapenos. (I've always hated jalapenos, not because they're "hot," they aren't, they just don't taste good.)
I'd have to vote cayenne. They aren't the hottest, but they taste the best of any of the hot ones. I really like habaneros, but I don't think they taste as good as cayennes. (I've grown both of those too. I like to mix lots of different peppers together to make hot sauce. Even with as much as I put in hot sauce, I've got enough dryed habanero to last me a couple of years.
