I've never played a game on an LCD, but I've heard this a lot. The LCD monitors at the college are way too dark. I'd hate to play War of Infamy on those things. I have enough trouble on night missions as it is. There's no need to make them darker. And it doesn't take long for that kind of crap to happen. They've only had the LCD monitors for a few months at college and already a few of them have this problem. I've never had this. But just like with CRTs my eyes hurt after several hours of looking at LCDs.
