Why not make it anyway? Do you have Photoshop or Paintshop? If not, you can get a free trial download of either one.Such much for a merc mod called "Mike's Marauders"...

Actually Mike, I'm pretty sure that the sites with the screenshots are down.
I was hoping you'd be able to find a download link somewhere in those 8 pages for Wildcat's mod (the one in the download section of this site doesn't seem to work).
If you want to try the probably broken link, it's in the equipment section and it's called Ultimate Mercenaries Mod Gold.

There is a mod somewhere by Wildcat that replaces the specialists with mercs. Discussion of that and other mods by him here.
Someone was going to do a new version. I donated a skin. I don't know whatever happened to that project. Here's the thread related to that.
