  1. ######!! You smart assed little ######. And Jeff, if that's the case then I must be the best person in the world now. I was after all great to start with.
  2. It does sound very similar. Except she was hurt worse than I was. Sorry to hear that.
  3. What are you talking about? I made the sig. Nevermind what the last line of my signature says. Nightmare must have bribed an admin to add that in there.
  4. Same caliber bullet. Different cartridge case. 30-06 7.62 Nato
  5. I was temporarily down to just 20 hours a month of internet access. That doesn't give you time to do much of anything if you go on nearly every day. Now I have 3 free months of MSN. So I'll be here all the time again.
  6. I think they got the wrong guy. Good luck though.
  7. :'( Dugite, this sucks. :'( That's all I can say.
  8. Why am I not surprised? Some Limey jerk I know.
  9. 63cm. I'd feel bad about it, but you have too many. I'm just doing my part to help rid Australia of it's rabbit problem. @Spanish: I'm glad you made it through.
  10. Thanks. Those with taste do. Most do. And we're not supposed to talk about politics, but I'm not a Republican. I'm a Libertarian. The biggest difference I see is that your brim is wider. Well, I guess that's why we have two of them. Thanks. Well then, you will own one someday. I read somewhere that Akubra is the manufacturer of them. I had to special order it and wait 2 months while they killed enough rabbits to make that much felt.
  11. My hat came a few minutes ago! It's great! I wasn't expecting it until sometime in July. It didn't have the pinch in the front of the crown though. I had to add that myself. It says It is fully lined, but it wasn't fully shaped. For anyone who might have missed the old discussion of this (like Mike, were you here then? ): My hat.
  12. I just started D-Day by Stephen Ambrose. In the past two weeks I've read: Fields of Fire by James Webb (fictional novel set in the Vietnam War) The Longest Day by Cornelius Ryan (about D-Day) The Zulu War by David Clammer (just what the title say) Devil's Guard by George Robert Elford (about a battalion of German WW2 vets in the Foreign Legion serving in what was later to become Vietnam) The Art of War by Sun Tzu
  13. Still, I wouldn't kick out of bed for eating crackers... There aren't too many things in the world that I'd kick her out of bed for.
  14. That's why I'm going in their winter. I don't blame them. In summer I only go outside when I absolutely have to. You're still a wimp. Talking about hot chocolate when it's 60 something. Too hot. Lucky ######. [They block out a word for illigitimate child now? ] Sounds like San Diego (where I was born, by the way): every once in a while hotter than hell, never too cold, usually really nice.
  15. YOU'RE A WIMP! When it's 20 degrees Fahrenheit (that's -6 to you) then you can complain! That's what it is here in the 2 weeks of winter. (Otherwise when it's "winter," going by the calender not the weather, it's 70 degrees Fahrenheit or 21 degrees Celcius.) What's the weather like in summer there? It's almost "cool" for summer right now in Texas. It's 90 (32 degrees Celcius). God I hate summer in Texas!!!!!!! Nothing to look forward to but weeks of 100 degrees or more! That's 38 degrees Celcius.
  16. Pretty much like any other day. Except for cake. I spent most of the day reading Devil's Guard It's a very good book. It's about German World War 2 veterans in the French Foreign Legion serving in Indochina (later to become Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia). (My god the people writing reviews of it are dumb, there was only one Nazi in the book! http://www.ghostrecon.net/forums/uploads/emoticons/default_wall.gif' alt=':wall:'> ). It apparently has two sequels. Recall to Inferno and Devil's Guard III: Unconditional Warfare. No. Even though my hat is a birthday present, it won't get h
  17. You're right that it wasn't a state, but we did own it. He thought that Guam was "the only U.S. soil to be occupied during WWII?" I was pointing out that it wasn't. That's all.
  18. Slightly off topic, but you heard wrong. There were a few islands in the Aleutians (in Alaska) that were taken by the Japanese.
  19. I forgot to mention, tomorrow is my birthday. I expect lots of presents here people.
