Mr candy

Can anyone help me? Each time i want to start the Frostbite mod laucher, it says that the document could not be loaded and that there was a debug error.

Can anybody please help me with the following problem? Each time I want to start the frostbite mod is says that it failed to load the document and that there is a debug error!!!
