i can view certin pages, tech happens to be one

I'll try, on the clanbase page, it says NOT to email any of the administrator's, they will not reply

When i go to clanbase.com to join, when i go to log in, this is what happens, i click "log in" the name and password security comes up, i type them in, click "ok" the page will continue to load, then the name and password security come up again, i type them in again, then it loads and then the page goes completly blank. Any suggestions on what to do?

Where can i find information about the clans and tournemnts? and how would i make one, just put a tag on my name, or do you have to register for a clan?
