I remember when I first flashed by BIOS. First came the bright green screen, followed by a really high pitched beep that lasted for about 10 seconds. After I recovered from my heart attack, I found out it was supposed to do that.

All I can suggest is try running the dedicated server with out the mod, or, try running the server on a PC. Good luck.

It must be your controls then. Perhaps you should re-calibrate, try anything. I just ran a 52 lap practice session, fastest speed - 39.512, slowest speed - 40.002. I have one or two more tweaks left in my back pocket, hopefully Ill gain a tenth or so.

Whats everyones quickest lap time, with no draft. I busted a 39.4 with my joystick, although I was hanging on for dear life.

Alright. 39.5 in draft, or alone? I can run that for a few laps, then its almost consistant 40.1-40.3's. I need to save money for a wheel, no more of this joystick bs.

LoL, twist ties. That was very ballsy... I would've chickened out and left my machine as is if I were in your position.

Heres the thing, when ever I talk into my mic., you can hear the background noise, and there is no way of fixing that, unless I feel like buying a new sound card. Also, its a headset, and the noise of NR3, 4, and 2002 was too much to listen to, so I had to mute the engine sounds, which I dont like doing. Ill give it a shot though, and see how it goes. Edit: What kind of lap speeds are you guys getting in 70* weather, and no one else to draft with?
