ACR with armor piercing ammo only takes a double tap to kill someone. And the gun has no disadvantage to it whatsoever.

Reloading doesnt take much time as long as you still have atleast one bullet in the chamber. With AP ammo you should have no problem taking someone out before you need to reload anyways.
