[Fix the UAV (Petition)]

UAV's are not too powerful. They are easy to shoot down and a teamate with a Jammer makes them irrelevant.

I've got a level 40 engineer I use from time to time and I used the shotgun with dragon breathe up till level 32 and then I realized that I got more kills per deaths using a fully modified Goblin and it is still one of my favorite guns in this game.

Personally I wouldn't waste time with shotguns most smart players aren't going to get close enough to you for their damage to be worth it.
