Yeah, I thought that I wouldn't need any PCI slots really. My mobo has 4IIRC and it already had the one modem I think in it. Then came the new sound, the GF4 and the Slot fan. I have no more slots now and am kinda upset. Why don't you want onboard LAN Ranger?

Well replace the 800MHz AMD or the STABLE 300MHz celeron. Both suck but atleast the celeron is stable. I will try to grab the AMD box and OC the heck out of it so I can learn on it b4 applying to my rig.And I can get those CPU's cheap. 100% True man I just wish she would get it but not gonna happen.

Never had a blue screen on my XP. It is way better than 98SE, crashes every day on it now. But if you can get that message prntscrn (if it doesn't shutdown) and you can find a number in the error I got a list that explains those. Not sure if it is that type though. GL!

The USB plugs into that plate I must not be understanding you. Cause it somes with that and all. Where are the other USB ports at? Are they in the back? Cause all that should matter is the plate? Or are some front on a card?

Why are you gonna raid? What size is your current HDD? May be cheaper to go to best buy they will move all you stuff over then you can get a huge HDD and sell your old one. What RAID you gonna use?

Yeah it is I found where to put them but, even when the exts are .Theme and all neither Windows or Stlye XP finds them. And they are in the same place as the others. I figure oh well screw it. Not that important I will toy with it more later.

They do Email and Documnets work. My sister is the only prob she does some gaming like Sims and Empire Earth but that is as complicated as it gets and the TNT2 even handles that fine.
