  1. The first pics - caught under a flash or something - looked way too blue. But the closups I provided the link to show three colors: olive and dark olive/grey over a sandy base. They all look very natural. I think it would do fine in bush, scrub and urban environments (I never got blue in urban camos - if you look at arab countries, the cities are the same color as the desert and when buildings get reduced to rubble, a city takes grey, brown and other earthy hues) closeup I just think it looks a little dark for the desert and they could still benefit from a separate desert uniform as th
  2. Wait a minute, more pics. Maybe the first was an urban version or shot in poor light. These look more 'multi-terrain' This one looks more Earthy Can anyone host these and put them up? I think it looks pretty good for an all terrain solution. Short of something that changes like smoke-glass, it must be hard to get one pattern for wood and desert. Just on that, despite the fact the Aussie camo has a desert version, the standard one fades down well enough to work in barren terrain as well.
  3. New Digital Pattern It says it's green/tan to go with desert, wood or urban, but looks very grey/blue to me... Official Site Here
  4. He is also probably no longer alive.

    LMAO

    And she did!
  6. That's really creepy dude...
  7. I went through a period from about 1998-2002 when there were good, innovative new games coming out all the time. Generally I played all the demos to see if I liked them (fileplanet.com, gamespot.com or PC Gamer magazine provided these). It turned out that although a lot of the demos were fun, many of the games would probably not keep me rapt for long. Still I ended up getting on average two games a quarter and played through what I feel were the best years of gaming. Lately I haven't been grabbed by anything. Occasionally over the past year I'd get a bargain bin oldie I missed first t
  8. That's a really cool story m8. We should all aspire to the kind of courage and perseverance that Zimmerman had.
  9. maybe if they dig deep enough they'll find....naaah....better not say it.
  10. Seriously though is there a bill (say $50) they could invent and put his face on? Lots of other countries have 5,10,20,50,100,1000 denominations.
  11. Tell me more: Are the enemy super-marksmen? Are the friendlies more competent than GR? What's the method for giving battlefield instructions?
  12. If they did that they could then put Clinton on the $2 bill and George W. on the wooden nickel...
  13. The more screenies I see the less I like. Going to go drool over VBS-1 since it's out of the budget right now....
  14. The St Margaret's list said if five or more pertain to your child? That would make them a barely normal teenager. Damn most of us are off the scale - I'm beyond redemption!
  15. Well if we can keep the topic off the troops for a while and switch to International law I don't mind risking having this thread locked down. That's up to the moderators. Many of the detained Iraqis are former soldiers and Baathists who may or may not have had blood on their hands. Many are insurgents who see themselves as legitemate resistance to an occupying power. They're not terrorists until they are proven to be terrorists. According to most respected news sources - CNN, BBC, AP, Reuters, even Fox - most of the terrorists in Iraq (suicide bombers and so on) are foreign fighters anyw
  16. I jutht love it when thomeone big and shtrong like you talkth dirty!
  17. This is in danger of getting political, so before the moderators come and lock us down let's all chill. The coalition troops are over there to stabilize the country, some sections of Iraqi society don't want them there and are taking up arms. That's the scenario and that's going to continue until they have stability. No need to argue who's wrong or right, that's just the way it is. Please bear in mind that just because the media shows images of Abu Ghraib back home they are not withdrawing support for the troops. When I hear "everyone stops supporting the military" when they see these i
  18. Damn I saw that movie and now I'm having 'thoughts' about Zantar....
  19. Problems I encountered with IGOR are pathfinding of vehicles, actors that won't react and so on. This doubles modding time. Tell me is it as simple a matter in VBS to place people/objects, set path and speed, set posture/stance, set attitude/role and actually have them do what it says?
  20. Yeah the pc thought it saw the S word. Had to change the spelling. But Inuyasha will know what I'm talking about unless his handle is a freaky coincidence. Anyway back to the topic....
  21. I'd be willing to believe that - though not in teh way you think. Women are more social creatures and are hugely active in MMORPGs like Everquest. They probably also like to tussle it up a bit in the SIMS online and maybe even Neverwinter Nights. These games require hours and hours of play - whole evenings and weekends. So they probably spend more hours online than guys. By contrast guys are involved with shooters but from what I've seen on AA servers, most people put in about 2 hours and call it quits. Weekends are quieter because we're all out on the ale with our mates or chasing gir
  22. sore demo itsuka kimi ni hanasita yume ni uso wa hitotsu mo nakatta... I want a better game than the first not a clone of MOHAA. Sorry inuyasha, I couldn't resist.
  23. The Japanese have a warped view of history - call it burying heads in the sand. For generations now the government has repressed any detailed discussion in media, school textbooks and so on, over Japan's conduct in the war. Most Japanese under 40 do not know of the atrocities. Veterans, professors and foreign writers have been suppressed. Many Young Japanese are still taught that it went basically this way: The Japanese fought against Western Colonialism to liberate Asia The American's responded with a nuclear strike Some of the troops may have done some bad things, but since the hist
