    what deleyt is saying is they could make a cut and paste map editor but what fun is that we want to do "whatever we want" haveing a cut and paste map editor could limit our already limited capibilities with the GR engine. its fun making somthing from scratch then its yours you can put a freaking easter egg in your map dude you could have a licence plate say i love rhonda or a model of your car. basically 3d max gives us all the oppertunity to push the game to the limit. YOU CAN DOOO IT lol

    BTW after a couple maps you will have a library of your own from which you can edit and wont have to ask permission ans some one wont have to see their pretty car model in my crappy map lol (btw i dont make crappy maps lol)

    yeah expect to make enimies with loved ones lose alot of sleep run in to alot of really dumb mistakes from which you really learn 3dmax youll think about quitting youll cuss at you pc you will put in countless hours staring at the screen thinking hmmm ( i useally just spin my pretty model in the view port for a couple min)and when you build you totally awsome map then you got to texture it and if you havent yet (you should have done this already) tag everything floors walls 2d and 3d collidables make glass tag glass etc etc etc export it igor it test it find 100's of bugs go back make changes repeat rereat repeat good friends may help you here if they really like you. FINISH YOUR MAP GET SCREENS ON GR.NET so you can get some hype and submit you killer map to recon.net for their mod section millions and nillions will download it ubi will call you for a job and playmates will flock to you as if you were freaking vin deasil.....GL my friend it takes a different person to do this stuff.

    PS. when you hit a roadblock work on it for at leats a day before comming here to ask they you will never forget lol

    they are on their way in a week perhaps its a top secret project and the screens will not be textured it is still in its infancy due to the facts A im kinda new to this and probably more slowing B being my first map and me being a perfectionist and my claims that this will be the best MP map of the year i got some very high standards to live up to ive seen some truely awsome maps out there and that twin towers map that one guys working on i got alot of tough comp but trust me this is off the hook it will be packe with only one sp mission ( got to take care of the peeps with out friends lol) hang in there screens are on the way

    ok i got it it was somthing very odd but i got it. The (mp) map mod of the year is back on course tune in to these forums ill be giving you all a teaser when im far enough along that no one can beat me to completion on this emmense project. modders world wide will eat their hearts out lol stay tuned

    using 3dmax: i have a complex object in which i would like to boolean out a cordoor i have done this many times before but am very new to 3d design i was working on my project untill today ive tried to solve my problem myself all day and now i seek the advice of you pros it seems that the complex object is suddenly hollow i have been able to create other booleaned corridoors in this same object in which ane tunnels with walls (what im looking for) now i get a whole in the side of my (now hollow looking) object did i do somthing to my object that would cause it to be hollow and how can i restore it to a solid state? thanks in advance, Dustan

    "WOW THAT WAS SOME BAD TYPING LOL TRIED TO CHANDE IT BUT IT WONT LET ME" I was just wondering if there was some type of list showing who are the prceived best clans and which ones have the most prestiege ie difficult to join. I am pretty new to and dont expect to be drafted into the best clan but id like to know who some of the best are. BTW demize is now on the lookout for an up and comming clan to shake things up with the big boys :o=

    ok so ima stop at Best Buy on my way home tonight and pick those up but where do i download that patch lol im sorry like i said im new to all this. i just want to make sure im doing everything correctly. BTW how often are people playing is there anyway i could get some action tonight or within the next day or two?

    ok so i found your wonderfull site today and cant wait to get some online gamming in but their looks to be alot to learn. do you use like custom players like your name or handle if so how do i make one? your wargames are they real war strategy ie stealth and groop co-op of are they like freaking doom or unreal games im really interested in joining a clan but i cannot say im the greatest ive completed alot of solo missions but never online so someone give me the scoop thanks in advance Demize
