[Componet Transfer error]

I've just decided to install Ghost Recon again, except at 99% it comes up with a error saying:

Component Transfer Error

Component : Executable

File Group : Executable

File :

Error: ????????????????

I've tried copying the installer with its files on to my hard drive and running it from there, but the error still shows up. I'm using Windows XP SP2
