[Is 1.14 a new patch for Gold edition?]

I just got Arma Gold and note that there is a 1.09 patch in here. I have searched other sites and they seem to indicate a 1.14 patch but not real clear if it is for Arma Gold. I am in the U.S. I have also read that 1.09 has some issues so am a little concerned about installing it.
