    YES!

    Just move them out of the custom_levels folder to a new folder if you want to keep them.

  2. Hi Mexbob

    Had a problem when starting this mission. After the normal opening screen I got a second screen showing a box containing "ghe_tiny_shack_01" and an option to "Resume" or "Restart" . I selected "Resume" the map started to open and as I spawned I fell through the map into space.

    I tried 2/3 times with the same result.

    I found one place that may have caused this error. The file has been updated to version v0_1.

    Also Goose and Zero had a problem with the Alpha version with faling through the map. They had some real old GRAW1 conversion maps that they removed to fix the problem. I do not know the names of the maps that caused the problem, so maybe you can ask them what the names are.

  3. coop_mexbob_strongpoint is ready for testing.

    This is a conversion of the GRAW1 mission 04 "Strong Point"

    This beta contains 2 missions, a daytime and night time, as the original mission was a night mission.

    There have been more AI added than the original had.

    Objectives:

    (at the present time I have not been able to plant c4 on the bunkers or the power station, so just killing all AI at the locations will complete the objective)

    1. clear(destroy) bunker 1

    2. clear(destroy) bunker 2

    3. clear (destroy) the power station

    4. take out the tank guarding the roadblock to the enemy base camp

    5. take out 3 howitzers

    6. extract

    Total of 5 respawn points.

    This is probably best played with fewer than 4 players or as a Lone Wolf since it is a converstion of a SP campaign.

  4. Ready for Bear is a modified version of Bogie's GRIN and BEAR it!

    Ghost Mission:

    1 Make your way to the Informant that will give you the location of all enemy assets

    2 Destroy any and all military assets

    3 Extract

    Special Instructions:

    GRIN and BEAR it! is a GRAW1 conversion based on Mission #6 “Ready for Bear” which

    has been tested on Dedicated LAN, Dedicated Web and shared Client Server using

    Rahnman's and standard weapons set.

    Changes:

    1 All mines(frogs) removed

    2 Blue friendly diamonds added

    3 Red enemy diamonds added

    4 1 havoc added

    The minimap will display friendly icons, also the mission itself contains blue

    friendly diamonds and red enemy diamonds.

    NAME FOR YOUR SERVERS: coop_mexbob_ready_bear_v2

    There are no changes from the beta.

  5. This a modified version with slight mission changes of Bogie's Bastion of Castor Pullox mission. This is a Graw1 mission 10 "Mayday Mayday" map converted to Graw2 by Bogie. Thank him for all the hard work involved in converting these Graw1 mission maps!

    The Juarez cartel has set up camp in the village of Villa Ahmada located 60 miles south of Juarez.

    Your mission is to find the informant who has the location of the officers of the cartel. Locate the officers and

    eliminate them.

    The area is under heavy enemy support and has multiple air defense emplacements, so be on your guard.

    Thanks to all the beta testers.

    There have been no changes from the beta file.

    Mission Briefing.

    Due to heavy fighting the allies have pulled out.

    Believing you to be dead, your buddies have left

    you behind.

    You were however only concussed following a heavy mortar attack, as you come round

    you realise you

    are alone.

    After informing command that you are still alive and active..... you are advised that

    it will be

    impossible to launch a rescue whilst the enemy are still pounding the area. Command

    requires

    you to take out two adats, an Howitzer that is being repaired and a communications

    tower, however, the mexican mercanaries have now occupied the

    area and placed patrols and snipers in strategic positions to protect the area.

    There may still be some Ghosts in the area to help .... but you must assume you are

    alone

    Your objectives:

    1. Take out the adats

    2. Destroy the Antenna

    3. Destroy the Howitzer

    4. Extract

    This is not a shoot fest .... you will need to use your Ghost stealth tactics or

    suffer high fatalities

  8. JackDoe thanks for the review. It was meant to be a little easier and playable as a lone wolf also. The main objective of this mission was to get familiar with the GRAW1 setting and what need to be changed. There were a few conflics with some of JohnTC02's maps which he helped me sort out.

    What changes have you made to Urban Conflict and Bogie's Pollux? I'm asking because I don't see anything different apart from the text on some buildings... :blink:

    On the Urban combat map i changed all the text on buildings and street signs and added more AI. As noted this was per a request from a TAW member.

    On Bogie's Pullox map, I took out the hostiges, changed pullox to a general took out the ch47 and changed the extraction point and added one more havoc after ADAT A.

    This was a test to see what needed to be changed to use the GRAW1 maps.

    tested it today on =GE= beta server

    comparing it with Johns version of the urban conflict i saw only one change at start. One wood less.

    Rest seems as before.

    At the moment its a easy map and so i lost only 3 lifes.

    2 by sips at watertank (stupid did not check the place) and one near taw warehouse adat B.

    I was surprised by trigger and patrol. They spawn rigth behind me.

    Maybe that spawn should be changed.

    No tanks / no helis

    A large patrol stucks on the steps in church

    At moment the map is no real challenge - you could do it to zero death.

    In my point of view there is missing something.

    If you know the map and you figth from the roofs its a bit boring at the moment.

    Allways i aspected some trap or so - but nothing realy happens

    But i think its still at test level so there will come more

    I have never played John's version of this map so I can not say one way or the other. This was using the map and mission from Legacy.

    As is noted on the load screen.

  11. I have tried to fix the errors that have been mentioned above. I never could duplicate them, but have removed some lines of code that were suspect.

    The new current version is coop_mexbob_journalist_v3

  12. I don't normally use the "sequence_spawn" check box when placing any vehicles that I will be using as objectives, just place them on the map and leave the box unchecked (sequence_spawn="false") this way they will always be there ready when you come to the objective.

    This saves having to activate them from the script, as these vehicles are not active (on the move) they don't require many resources from the game.

    The only vehicles I set to spawn from the script are those that will be moving or I don't want to be destroyed until a particular point in the mission, ie, tanks, panhards, pickups and helli's.

    John, I had them set that way, but when I activated them then attached the C4 they appeared on top of the ones already on the map.
