I would really like soldier customization. You know where I could add armor thus adding weight and protection or I could take away armor if the mission was pure stealth thus allowing me to run faster. Not to mention more weapons. For ghostrecon 2 I just downloaded all the weapon mods. And in the multiplayer maps I want more of the urban type stuff. sort of like a city map (New York).

I know this is more then one thing but I know a lot of gamers (a lot), that have the same opinion.

I have the same problems with my drive.

And buying a new drive is not an option.

[Adjusting original weapons using the weapons xml file]

I unbundled either the patch or quick bundle into the data file I created. I then went to the units/weapons file and then using notepad brought up the weapons settings xml file (not sure it's called weapons settings). I messed with that and tried to get the weapons a little upgraded but couldn't.

Help?

Let me explain myself Dav. I am the most inexperienced person that has ever asked a question in the forums.

I want to upgrade weapons for sp. In particular I want to upgrade the pistols and the m416. I would like to upgrade damage and range.

I havn't done anything that works. so I guess that means I havn't done anything.

Yes I placed the xml files in local/english folder.

And yes im perfectly serious. I just don't know what im talking about.

Oh and people need to start making maps that have the more stealth approach.

I think it would also be neat if you made movie weapon mods maybe from quake or stargate or Halo. Definetly the Halo sniper rifle.
