ok I am by far the greatest modder out there . So here is my prob I have tons of text and hex editors but I can not figure out how to edit aircraft and weapons .dat files can someone tell me what I am doing wrong. I keep trying to edit them but for the life of me I can not remember how to convert these files to text I can read and understand please help thanks
