I'm not a very good making texture, but I need a program that converts BMP's to RSB. I've looked in the downloads section and tried the ones there don't work for me I do not own photoshop so I the RSB plugin is no use for me.

I downloaded patch 1.4 before I installed the versions were 1.3 and after patch 1.4 the game says I need the CD to ghost recon. I bought them on the ubisoft digital store.

Off Topic Question: When I play multiplayer do I need both mods activated or deactivated

I've just bought Ghost Recon 1 with out expansion packs. And I am looking for good mods to use. I have looked in the download page, some mods require IT, DS expansion packs to run them I don't have the expansion packs.
