Pheliuman

I really want to play this mod. I am having a problem . After i activate it the music plays but then when i go to Quick Missions to play the music turnes to white noise and the game crashes. I have deleted it and reloaded the mod but same problem .All my other Mods work except this and now i want to play it more then ever. Please help?
