yes enviro, buildings, vcl's etc are destructable, on varying levels. there is definately kinetic energy involved, just ask some of the peeps who snipe with the 7.62 rounds. you can hit at distance but it will cause a wound instead of a kill, unless it's the .50, and bullet drop etc is built in. and i may be corrected, but vbs IS NOT a beta for [OFP: DR]. different engine, graphics blah blah blah. vbs is a stand alone prog, loosely based on OFP. and as stated earlier, it's a military trainning device, before it's a game. jack, glad you liked it mate, and glad you finished it. after all the trouble we've had on it in mp i thought it might have been too hard. slink, there where three charges under the back of the ural that flipped it completely back on its wheels, but only travelled about 10-20m osokdfgr, i have OFP goty and vbs1, and my opinion is that if you can afford it, go with vbs1. the community is growing and many users are making addons and missions and such. a little more time and it will really have taken off. plus bia are constanly working on new addons themselves cheers......

i think everyone needs to stop asking for bits and piece's of falconer. as vipes has stated the mod is on hold AT THE MOMENT. that dosen't meen that it wont be finished some time down the track. in wich case he will want to keep the stuff he has till then. if it dosent go ahead, then he may release parts of it. who knows, but continuously asking aint going to get anyone anywhere cheers......

slink, towing is nowhere near as much fun when we set them of the first time gordo and i just cracked up. also managed to launch a ural good games all cheers......

a few pics from last night that show gordo playing with HE. not satisfied with the fact that we had nailed these poor suckers with m4's at about 300m, he decides to see how well the satchel charges we were carrying work. as seen in this pic, they do work very well. note the jeep in mid flight to left of pic. he also turned this camp to this with the same methods. sorry for the crap pics, but they lost a heap in transit from tga to jpg cheers......

once gordo finishes pistol wipping vipe's, i doubt he will be able to use his nose anymore. BTW, who let him loose on a puter any way cheers......

it's hard when you have lead zipping all around you. but i dont know, hit a key, type, and hit enter. dont know if thats the same as OFP or not cheers......
