[Is there a sniper realism mod?]

Is there a sniper realism mod? One where breathing and such matters. Just curious 'cause the sniping in GR seems way to easy.

Curious if anybody knows of a mod that includes smoke grenades? I swore I saw one, but now can't find it. I could be mistaken. Thanks!
