Looks like that did it! I had an old save file CFS_BIN located in mods\Origmiss\Save\Game. I removed it and now I can click Campaign again. Thanks Dannik. Perhaps this tip should be added as a sticky for those who have this problem again.

Hi Dannik. I've played over a dozen campaign mods and I never used the menu to disable any mods. I simply went to the mods directory, removed the mod, and installed the new one. I'm also using the weapons mod (762mm mod v2-0). I've used this mod with several campaign mods with no issues. Below is the modsset.txt file. This list matches what's in the Option > Mods section in the game. Hi. In running Ghost Recon version 1.4 with the DS and IT mods installed. Whenever I click Campaign, my computer crashes back to the desktop. I can get to the main menu, and I can click and do every option on the main menu except Campaign. I've been playing for several months with no issues until now. I've played several mods over time.
