origmiss, sorry for not being more specific.

I need a copy of the effects.xml for the sound. I overwrote mine when I was messing with some mods and am hoping to avoid reinstalling the program. I did a search for the file name and did not find anything. If some one could post the file, or the text I would appreciate it. Thanks, Dave
