  1. Chameleon cat will attack when it suits him.
  2. Sorry to see you home under such circumstances. One day I imagine I will be back up that way and have to spend the day at the range again. I'll buy more rounds.
  3. How is the dead zone with it?
  4. When people stop giving them face time on news broadcasts and even on the internet, then they will retreat back into their own little world of hate and incest.
  5. Tom Clancy's HAWX Review is for the PS3, but all platforms share story and features. GS gives it a 7.5.
  6. WB. Some of us old dogs are still around. Most of us are waiting on Ground Branch and Sky Gods from BFS. There is a new GR in the works but no details have been released yet.
  7. JoshuaOneSix, I didn't know you are from Douglasville. We are neighbors.
  8. I hope you have Desert Siege too and welcome to the forums. I or others here can't tell you how to complete the missions as we all have different ways of doing them, some of us saved others didn't. I liked doing the SP missions online with my friends from here in Coop. We played them til we completed the missions no matter how many died and someone always died. If we didn't complete them the first time through we played it until we did complete it. There is also no way to save when playing online. Check out the walkthroughs to see how some of us completed the missions to get an idea on how
  9. I have never seen a flight sim allow planes to http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-P_SfB11Yno.
  10. What I mean by turning back the clock is taking games back to gaming infancy when everything was 3rd person or top down type gaming. This goes back to Asteroids and other early games.
  11. I agree with both NoQuarter and the article. One only has to take a look at XFire to see that the games which have garnered high praises are the ones which are still played today, years after they were originally released while the shovelware games are way down on the hours played list. The irony is that while Ubi is trying to make games that gamers want to play are not the niche market games that have consistently gotten the high marks and are played longer. We know that GR was 171/182 earlier this week and that is a 7 year old game and a 6 year old game, a flight sim scores even higher t
  12. I have noticed one thing about Ubi games since GR2 was first released. They really love the 3rd person view in games. I cannot think of one game made by RSE/Ubi that has not had a 3rd person view of some sort included in the game. This shows how far back Ubi is trying to turn back the clock on gaming. Why do they not just create a top down game and let it go at that? That is what it appears they are after. I have also read of the complaints of the demo not even running with flight sticks (at least the X52) plugged in yet once unplugged, ran fine. One gamer had a flight stick, throttle quadr
  13. Rise Of Flight, a WW I flight sim is being closely followed, especially on the iL2 forums at Ubi (along with the follow up for iL2, Storm of War: Battle of Britian) and this video of is wagging tongues, especially mine.
  14. Many joystick and flight stick users are complaining of large dead zones that makes them almost unusable.
  15. I have quoted Xfire stats at Ubi recently. They think that such information doesn't show much and they keep wanting to look at sales data. The fact that a 7 year old game is being played more than a recent release is telling and something that Ubi should pay attention to.
  16. Have you been watching a Pink Floyd movie again? We told you not do to that anymore.
  17. Will there be any more Red Ring of Death problems for the X360? MS doesn't think so.
  18. VirtualDub is another free video editing program.
  19. No public floggin, just accountability. As you can see, I am not alone, even [NH]4x notices that there are many unhappy campers at the Ubi forums though I will say that the forumites in the SH forums seem pretty content. Time to drop in on the LockOn forums to see what they are saying. You have seen me post in many of Ubi's forums so you can't deny what I am seeing. HAWX, FC2, GR, R6 and a bit of PoP has those that are unhappy. Outside of a few of us on the GR and R6 forums, they are practically dead, but then you already know that. As I said before, at least I am looking for accountab
  20. It is still there. Led, maybe you should invest in a website of your own where you can put anything you want up without worrying about it being pulled (within reason mind you).
  21. I do not expect a perfect faultless game, at least for us PC gamers due to hardware configurations and what not. I do expect a complete game that can be fixed in a patch or two even if the smallest of bugs still remain afterwards. The bugs that should not be in a release are the game or show stopping bugs that create havok for people playing online or even trying to complete a SP campaign (this is for all game genres and not just these games we discuss here). I also know that some changes will take place behind the scenes, but others should be in the public eye. The CEO admitting that his c
