[What mapping software can you use?]

I was wondering what mapping software you can use to create new maps for Ghost Recon. I've seen 3dsm but i was wondering if there was a cheaper option?

[Can't see default GR multiplayer maps]

I can only see MP06 in quick missions and multiplayer. MP01-6 are in the missions folder for GR but i can't access MP01-5 in game. Can anyone help?
