ok i admit it maybe i did change something by accident (although i dont know what!) so i might try and reinstall it and see if it is fixed then. thanks for the help

sorry for replying so late but i haven't changed anything (i think!) and i haven't installed any mods not even DS or IT!!

In my save game i just finished mission 7 and on the 'mission completed' screen the music went stuttery. when i clicked to go to mission 8 the objectives read like this: 2 Destroy East Artillery 3 Destroy North Artillery X Protect friendly tank North Artillery The briefing was also missing and in its place was: 1 Secure Village When i completed the mission i clicked to go to mission 9 and it took me back to mission 8's briefing screen. what's the problem and how can i fix it??? thanks for any help ps. i am using WinXP if thats any help
