Hi All, Just come off a Fanbloodytastic game tonight. I sympathise with Zebb, i had awful lag last week so had to drop out. This week i had very little lag, but no one could hear me on TS. Think it's sorted now so hopefully see you all tonight too. Catch ya later K

Can we run if under gun fire? Ta K Good Q. The thing is, I;ve put hours in on the crouch server, and never once have I had to try and outrun bullets, because 99/100 the second you take incoming, you are dead anyway. Having said that, I've amended the rules to say you can run if caught under suppesive fire, seems reasonable Cool, i agree about the 99/100 times dead, but i'd like to know i can make that attempt. Coward that i am !! K

I spent some time on this server last night and really enjoyed it. There were a few gits on there that were refusing to abide by the rules, but they were getting a lot of console warnings before they were kicked. It's a good place to hangout if you like the slower more methodical game. K

I voted 'maybe' but on condition of a few things; a) Repair GRAW2 very soon. b) Grin / UBI must actually pay attention to this and thier own forums and put into GR:AW3 (for PC) a lot of the changes that you guys who contribute have suggested. c) Bring out a complete, polished and finished (PC) game before Blackfoot studios do. To much to ask? We'll see! K

I've been reading through this forum for a while now, and, although i'm not a great contributor, i do know that there are a lot of you guys that put a huge amount of thought and effort into your comments solely for the benefit of others and for the improvement of the game. Due to all of the constructive contributions made, i think this really means that you've all made the job easy for the developers to make huge improvements.. ....They don't have to think of ways to improve it, all it would take is to just read the daily posts on here!! So, I would have thought that UBI /Grin would be able to come up trumps for the PC with a fab mod or patch that could blow us all away. Yet, i'm dumbfounded at the comment made on the XBOX360 forum; Active?? 2,000 posts on the xbox 360 forum compared to 20,000 on the PC forum !!! Maybe i'm getting this wrong, but I think i know where the active comunity really is! I have been wondering about this when I upgrade again in a few years. Will a dual core processor run Ghost Recon I all weird? If so, are there any hotfixes for Ghost Recon I? I found that the issue with how GR 1 looked was the driver issue, it ran fine with the Dual Cores. Raven Shield looked fine with the driver, but runs like a rotter with the Dual Cores (sometimes that is). When it's an issue i can switch off CPU1 and leave CPU0 working.

Just spent some time on here, great game. Good one. Only had one dodgy experience, which was spawning on the outside of the top level of a building in the Hacienda map. A countdown of time the opposition has been in the objective may be a good addition. Thanks for your time and effort making this

Would you beleive it? I'm a fan of Tom Clancy's series of games, in fact i don't own many others. My rig has played the original GR's, and Rainbow Six 3: Raven Shield all luvly like, with an nVidia 7500LE. Well, got hooked on GR:AW2 about 3 weeks ago, and the 7500 just wasn't cutting it, so i decided i must have a new graphics card to play it on, so got myself an ATI Radeon x1950 Pro and i'm all updated with the latest catalyst driver. Now this plays GR:AW2 all luvly like with no worries, amazingly so compared to the trouble so many other guys seem to have. However, GR is playable, but now looks the way the world does when you're drunk, all out of perspective and a bit stretched. or did it always look that way and GR:AW2 has spoiled me? Raven shield barely runs at all. when i'm in RS, it's like i'm struggling to walk. Everything goes on at normal pace around me. The other players and the AI run around and function fine but i'm doing pigeon steps! Looked on the RS forums and there's no help there so i'm thinking, do i go back to the 7500? Hear Hear, I may only have been playing GRAW 2 for a month but i look into the forums for constructive guidance and comment. I get that the game ain't perfect but a lot of guys are taking the time to make it into the game they want it to be.
