  1. Hi all,

    I have made an update of this mission cause in the begining I was trying to set spawn in the 'pit' and I was only able to do a random spawn which I don't like.I learned on 'coop_borders' how to do so an advance spawn and the only thing that I have change is the tank that was getting stuck once in a while an not patroling either.Now the tank is patroling.

    I just want to make this mission the way it should be at the begining :)..

    To avoid user and the dedicated server manager's confusion, you should make it to another file name. :thumbsup: ( like "coop_estrada_v2.bundle")

    The original campaign ending of the self-sacrifice of captain Mitchell was to change ghost member generations, I thought. (Like Rainbow-Six Vegas, Chavez to Logan)

    Captain Mitchell is 38 years old.

    And, the limit is near as the leader in the front of the special force.

    It is not certain whether this member who put the face guard (like HGU-56/p) on the helmet of the FutureWarrior plan of the past is captain Mitchell.

    But I hope captain Mitchell returns.

    I made Mission10 of new ending expecting return of captain Mitchell. :thumbsup:

  3. I had dissatisfaction at the end of the campaign of GRAW2. :)

    Captain Mitchell injures and falls whenever escaping from the radius of

    bombing to the safety area.

    He returns to the stairs and is injured even if running away

    outside the building of the base.

    And other ghosts who stand by at the entrance of the base are MIA.

    So, I have improved the last Mission of Campaign. (Mission10)

    Please unzip the file and put the local folder in the GRAW2 folder.

    If you have the another [\local\english\levels\mission10] folder already, please rename or delete it beforehand.

    This advanced Last Mission provides the following functions.

    [1]When captain Mitchell reaches the safety area enough, Ghosts board BlackHawk and can return from Mexico to the United States by captain Mitchell's first person aspect.

    [2]When captain Mitchell was not able to climb the last stairs in an underground base, it becomes usual ending which he falls because of the blast.

    [3]It becomes GameOver and ending doesn't flow when captain Mitchell is fatally

    near from the bombing.

    [important Notes]

    It is necessary to begin Mission10 as a campaign to see ending with this new Mission10.

    You must not click PLAYMISSION for start this mission. (if so, no ending and you can see only mission result)

    You can begin Mission10 as a campaign by loading your mission10_1.dsl save data.

    After you enter an underground base, you can still order to Ghosts.

    However, you should have them stand by to the outside near of the building of an underground base.

    There is a possibility that Ghosts cannot board BlackHawk when they are on far left place from the base or still underground when bomb explosions.

  4. For those of you talking about tanks:

    You just got to sneak up on them very very carefully, plant C4, and blow them. Piece of cake right?

    Well I'm also having trouble with these two tanks on retrieve. I've tried to sneak around as much as possible, even laying completely down slowly making my way along. As soon as I poke my head out I'm toast.

    Maybe you can share some ideas with us on how you did it?

    Honestly it would be nice to pack some rockets for those of us who just want to blow those things up without using stealth.

    Other than that it is a pretty fun map. I'm actually pretty immune to whatever bugs currently exist in the game, or I guess I don't let them get to me as much.

    The scene when I was killed by cheater AI under the floor was cut.

    However, it is no cut except for that scene.

    You can destroy all tanks by using C4 without dying alone.

    I hope that glitch bug enemy AI under the stairs is removed from this mission strongly.

    Sorry, Man! I have been consumed by COD4. I am considering never double-clicking my GRAW2 shortcut again. My latest map completely blew up the minute I put it on an internet server. I spent several days trying to create workarounds, and ended up with less functionality than I had originally planned. The stuff that I had to eliminate was the coolest parts of the map, so it became very discouraging. I am sick of the bugs related to this game. The COD4 codebase seems to be much tighter and stable.

    Sorry for those of you that have waited, but I won't be touching this game again until a patch is released and I have had time to evaluate it.

    It sickens me that so much attention is being paid to our xbox counterparts, but PC users can't even get a stable game, let alone new map/weapons packs that the xbox users are getting. Sorry for the rant.

    <Kill the dogs>

    Who's the dogs:they are the snipers and Rpg's that hang an have control of the warehouse Senior Ontiveros is suspected in drugs traffic...Infiltrate and assasinate them.

    Second objective is:

    <Hold position at all cost>

    You're ganna be teleport in the defend zone...all the enemies that are left behind gonna spawn near by ...you can also randomly spawn into the defend zone.Once you cleared the area you have 2 choices first it's going back home easily or kill'em all.

    I had a question about multiplay of this map last night. :blink:

    I greatly made a detour to the target area for no-death clear the map.

    (Because, I was almost single with that match)

    I left the tank and a lot of troops but achieved the Mission Objective.

    If the specific troops are defeated in this map, may not I defeat all troops?

    I actually confirmed operation by the dedicated server.

    LittleBird came to land correctly in this ver in the dedicated server.

    The pilot of LittleBird has not drunk any longer. :D

    I ask the manager of the dedicated server for the update of the coop_fort map to this version.

  9. For those of you who've tried 'mission_storm' on SP,this one is a little different.You have no drone,the mission begin at night to end early morning.I add more ennemies(around 200 baddies) and 3 mg.And you will see the bridge explode in real time(no cinematic-no teleport).

    I hope that GRIN will tweak those dum AI I mean compare to GRAW they're joke.It will need 100 heavy snipers on the map to make it tuff.

    Well easy map but fun to shoot with the M416.

    I have a hard time when I challenge this map without dying. :)

    Your map has always a lot of enemies.

    I was alive last night to the last by the help of two good partners. :D

    However, I had to pick up rifles that had dropped several times.

  10. Really love both the adversarial and coop version of this map! The spawn is kinda rough on coop (maybe better with less tangos/father away), but once you get past that, very enjoyable.

    You can overcome a lot of trials of this map by this movement. :)

  11. A bit spooky to respawn directly into the defend zone since we were (of course) overrun at once when defending it. You feel kind of stupid waking up with 20 bad guys using full auto and disagreeing with you being there :lol:

    You can survive by running after that respawn in the crack in the southeastern fence by the considerable probability . :)

    I will have a new map coming out this weekend, hopefully. It's quite a bit different than some of the others that I have modded. Keep an eye on the site. It's based on the calavera landscape.

    Hi, :)

    I tried that cut_v2_day map several times in my dedicated server and your dedicated server.

    Looks like that problem happens unusually when I do not detonate the C4 which I put to the last ADAT until I reach the warehouse near bay shore.

    May be one of the spawn troop somewhere seems to be stuck.

    That troop might be able to be found if seriously looking for.

    But I could not find him. :thumbsup:

    I think that we can evade the problem if the condition of "Objective Clear" is changed to not the complete enemy annihilation but most enemies' sweep.

    (one or two troops remaining condition)

    After that, I think it is good enemy's rifle without flashlight in the daytime version.

  13. My provider seems to have the problem in the access from foreign countries occasionally. :(

    Some of you might have had the problem in the download of coop_crashsite_v2 from following URL.

    In that case, you will fail in the decompression of that file.

    A correct size of that zipfile is 917KB.

    (It is displayed in the folder of Windows as 918KB.)

    Please send me private message if there is a person who continuously has the problem in download and the decompression of that zip file.

    I will look for other providers for the download of the coop_crashsite_v2 file.

    The coop_crashsite_v2 operates correctly in the Dedicated server.

    You can now download this dedicated server version of coop_crashsite_v2 from Here.

    This version2 can be put on the same custom_levels folder as version1.

    It is good for you to use version2 in the dedicated server, and to use version1 in the Online server and LAN server.

    Your mission objective

    Destroy the three ADATs.

    Kill guard troops.

    Cover reinforcement of the Loyalist of Mi-17.

    Repulse an enemy's counterattack.

    Reach ext point.

    Because reinforcement had been changed to Loyalist from Marine, enemy's tag was not displayed.

    However, I think that it makes this map more exciting.

    And I prepared play movie of this map in dedicated server for the reference.

    You can see a correct work of the Mi-17 and fighting Loyalist and Littlebird landing.

    At first I did solo play, but the author of this Map appears in assistance in the same timing as the appearance of Mi-17. :lol:

    I prepared the dedicated server of coop_crashsite_v2 for test.

  15. OK, When I tested personally in this coop_crashsitev2 map, Mi-17 and Loyalist and Littlebird had the no problem.

    I prepared the dedicated server of coop_crashsite_v2.

    That server name is "[JP] E1BZU.2yk [2ch] Look Serverinfo!".

    I recruit the volunteer of client user. :)

    Please send me PM if you help me about test in my dedicated server.

    I will send back PM and coop_crashsite_v2.bundle with the attached file.

    However, please do not register this map in your dedicated servers yet. :thumbsup:

    Please let me know that error message.

    That trouble cause may be your windows mediaplayer.

    No problem my Windows XP mediaplayer.

    A special decoder is not used for this movie.

    Those movies were made by Windows movie maker.

    Or did you copy and paste that url by text?

    On this forum, url is omits displayed. (mean part of ...)

    Just click link or try use mouse right click and shortcut copy command to get url.

    Otherwise, your provider will have a problem in the solution of DNS.
