Sikko is good for its informative views and is a better of his films (farrenheit was simply a bush = bad ... yeh we know that mate what about the rest), but, without Moore's Sikko film didn't the penny drop anyway? Corporation = scam ... all the way to the bank . Moore is good opposition material, the films work enough to get the brain ticking, but then its onto your own personal investigation after that. Any who ... as Rocky stated thats pretty much the lowdown here in the UK with the NHS .

LOL ...well as I say a minority are unexplained and are worth looking into, some are faked. The main thing is, to me, its like artwork. Very much like the graff artists back in the late 70's early 80's using trains as a canvas. Personally I don't think they are all man made (bit of wood and string in the dead of night) but whatever your take on it, some very good & impressive designs are the end result.
